ArenaNet est prêt à offrir plusieurs milliers d'exemplaires gratuits de Guild Wars 2 (5000 copies) avec l'annonce du concours "Great MMO Migration".
A travers un concours de vidéos, les joueurs potentiels sont invités à faire serment en l'honneur de GW2 et à renoncer aux autres MMO (voir ci-dessous).
