Just going to clear this up...
•GM was called to the situation after multiple reports filed from a players for Griefing.
•Player's client language was set to English
•Player received multiple warnings via Whisper (Whisper) in English
•Player was moved from the map and placed in a different instance of the map (in case they were actually farming something useful rather than griefing)
•Player attempted multiple times to zone back into this specific version of the map, eventually was successful
•Returned to previous behavior
•An attempt was made to make sure that the GM got this player's attention
•After attempting to contact the player one more time in whispers and in say chat (shown in screenshot), user was given a temporary suspension for griefing.

If you are toxic, and are being so knowingly and intentionally...expect a time out. Many people have quoted the Rules of Conduct. It is enforced.

Dans ce mode, vous pourrez entrer le montant de votre choix (gemmes ou or) que vous voudriez recevoir de l’échange, obtenir un prix et procéder à l’échange.

• Le mode personnalisé utilise le même taux de change que le mode standard.

• Le taux de changement se met à jour en même temps pour les deux modes.

• Dans le mode personnalisé, il y a une limite de 9,999 gemmes reçues pour un seul échange et de 999 pièces d’or pour un même échange.

I saw the test of the new interface today and it looks solid to me. (I also happen to think it’s very attractive, but maybe that’s just me. )

The interface and Custom option move into testing now, and the text is already headed to Localization.

The dev team is keenly aware that there are Halloween items available only during a specific period (through November 4) and therefore they intend to do their darnedest to offer the new options in the next few days but certainly in advance of November 4th if humanly possible. (I have confidence this will happen.)

I read through this thread to get caught up, and there seem to be a few questions that I can address:
•The miniature is extremely rare, it’s true. But the drop is random, which accounts for one person getting a pooch in a few hundred bags and someone else not getting it after opening several thousand.
•One of our statisticians just checked the drop rate, and there is no error in the drop rate — it truly is dropping as designed.
•Diminishing Returns do not apply to ToT Bags. I mean, phew! I read that question and my blood ran cold, but I felt sure — and the designer confirmed — that DR is not a factor with the Trick-or-Treat bags. Open 1, open 100, the drop rate is not impacted by diminishing returns.
•I’ve passed along your suggestions. I believe that changes are not planned or even possible for this year’s event. What happens in future events — whether Gwynefyrdd will return — is not yet on the radar. Again, your thoughts and suggestions have been shared and I know that the devs do listen to your input. But what actually takes place in 2015 and beyond is not yet established.

I also want to say that I’d love nothing more than to have Gwynefyrdd for myself. One comment here — “he swims!” and I was gone. I truly wish all of you great good luck with this goal!

With the Maize Balm recipe making ToT bags a year-around item for those who craft it, or with the use of Vial of Maize Balm drops, pups will continue to be available for the foreseeable future. Obviously there’s Halloween 2015 to be designed, but it would be nearly a year before that would roll out, so the short answer is…
