First, let me say, it's been a hell of a ride running you guys through T4's the past few days, I think I've spend a total of ~25 hours running people through these events the past three days or so (whether from Reddit or the official forums).

That said, I want to make a new cleaner post with less edits.

As of right now the list stands at 39 people, it bounced up to its peak at around 50 individuals. I'm working through as fast as I can but would love some volunteers to assist if there are any thieves (or other classes) that feel confident that they can run others through. I will provide potions and food if you are willing to do this. That said, I'm going to keep going through as fast as I can over the next few days, I would also love to get some EU thieves who can follow my guide to learn the system so that they too can volunteer, lots of EU players who need help.

Now my question for Anet, I've run this event a total of ~350 times at tier 4, getting 2-3 loot bags each time (it's, as far as I can tell, effectively impossible to get that fourth bag and I think I'm a decent authority on the subject). Before the patch, in ~70 runs I saw two weapon skin drops. Since the patch I have seen 0, in some 280 runs or so, not a single skin has dropped. This hasn't even been solo runs, some of these were group runs (more difficult no?) Am I getting screwed by RNG or is this a bug? I've gotten lots of white weapons, blues, greens, aetherized scraps, loot bags, LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF LOCKPICKS (let me forge them into keys pls...) but not a single skin. I just wanted to make sure that they weren't broken in the patch.

That said, if you want a run, leave me a message here or a mail in game, try to keep the whispers to me a minimum, I really love talking to you all but it makes it a lot harder to get people through the events.

If you're going for a run with me please watch this video first. My arm is starting to kill me from all the keyboard use and having to explain my methods every time I run a new person is getting impossible to deal with.

if you are a thief, this is my method, I use the same method for groups I just utilize their DPS on my targets as well (and knockdowns)

Q. How do you handle your list?
A. I go through and whisper the top 3 people and let them know their place so they can get prepared to jump in, if one is not online I skip them and I leave them at the top of the list in case they do come back on.

Q. How much is this going to cost me?
A. How much do you want it to cost you? I haven't been charging a cent for my services, several people have been kind enough to tip me, anywhere from 50s to 5g per run. Some people have even just donated to the cause, I genuinely appreciate it, I've been using the gold to buy potion, food, signets, and even the occasional exotic for people.

A. I have submitted 650 votes (approx) for Kiel thus far, I'm far more interested in current game lore than more GW1 stuff, I already know what happened to Abbadon in the grand scheme of things and I'd love to see more detail on Thumanova. Also I don't want to support discounts on cash product RNG supporting items.

Many have experienced trouble completing Tier3 and 4 of the candidate trials, but fear not - I shall help with all my might! I have spent just about the whole day clearing people through them, and will do so tomorrow aswell. I already have a full list of names that will get my help tomorrow, and I'm afraid I won't be able to do a whole lot on monday, the last day!

So instead of having a first come first serve, I shall make you work for a spot! Wether it's your wits, your fabulous dye job, or just your capability of drowning me in money - you will have to dazzle me to get on it. I will put 8 people on the list, and you'll have from now to 10am CET on monday to do so!

I haven't made any screenshots on my successed runs, but I think it's getting close to 50 t4 runs. Here is some feedback

You are a saint.

This guy is brilliant, gave me two fantastic runs which would have been perfect if I hadn't made mistakes. Many, many thanks, you've ended a LOT of frustration for me.

Things I will need you to do:

    Be level 80

    Either go full berserk or full condition damage. No need for any sort of "tanking"

    Use the following gears/builds (unless you really think you can pull something else off)

Thief Power. Power. Power. Dagger/dagger + x/pistol. Nothing more to say really, thieves are really good for this!

Warrior Both power and cond works, power would be better. So far I've done it with people using greatsword and axe/mace, and it has worked well. Warrior physical utilities are really great.

Ranger Both power and cond works here too. Spider pets are awesome! Shortbow + anything. Rangers are decent, only problem is pet ai being a little annoying, sometimes walking out of Shadow refuge and whatnot.

Guardian Power is most likely best (who uses conditions on a guardian anyway?). Scepter/anything + Hammer Scepter can do some awesome damage and immob, but other than that I've felt guardians have been pretty lackluster.

Mesmer Power. Plunderers won't use any attacks, so confusion is completely wasted. Sword/sword + sword/somethingelse I've tried doing this with a mesmer on my own, and the clones and phans (especially the iZerker) pull way too many unwanted mobs. Sword has good damage on the other hand, and with a mantra build you can do 3 dazes!

Necromancer Both power and condition works wonders Not sure which weapons would be best, but staff and dagger/x has worked fine. Necros have lots of stuns&fears, even a single target pull of their own, helping me a lot!

Elementalist Power. You'll mainly want to use the lightning hammer. Dagger/dagger works best while you're waiting for hammer CD. The hammer is great, lots of dazes and stuns in their utilities, slight lack of damage, but I can take care of that.

Engineer ?!?! I have never run with an engineer, and I am not too familiar with them (all I have is a skyhammer derp knockback build), but I would assume Rifle and wrench would be good, possibly thumper turret and bomb kit?

This is on EU, if you need help on NA I don't know anything but to direct you to /u/liefe and hope he has time! He also has a great video on what you should do, I am doing things very similarly to that: T4 Candidate Trials Instructions

If there are others who think they are capable of helping others complete this, please speak up! I have seen a few NA's helping people, but NOBODY on EU!
